I have never tried a diet pill before although I have tried several diets. I am always skeptical about how they work. I decided to give this product a try. I was afraid after taking these that I would be super fidgety and unable to sit still. This was not the case at all. I took one pill 30 min before meal time with an 8 ounce glass of water. I was not super hungry by the time it was meal time for any of the meals, but this could likely be that I had just indigested a full glass of water. I did find myself snacking less thought the day though. So far, I am please with how the product is curving my snack craving and I am excited to see how it works in the long run.
